For stays longer than a week we gives a discount on the the total price:

  • 2 weeks 5% discount;
  • 3 week 10% discount.

DEPOSIT
To book there is a 25% booking deposit to be paid within 7 days, which secures your booking, with the remaining balance paid 4 weeks prior to the let.
